Abaco homes. To serve our discriminating guests, we personally inspect every offering for cleanliness, amenities and condition. Many are newly built and typically provide two bedrooms, two baths and full laundry and kitchen facilities. First and last months’ rents are required as well as a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Provision is made in the lease for the transfer of the employee or termination of his Permit to Engage in Gainful Occupation. A minimum stay of three months is preferable but special arrangements are usually accommodated. Lodgings include
executive homes, duplexes and condominiums, some with
dockage or beachfront.
