Elbow Cay
For
many people, Elbow Cay, home of the iconic Hope Town Light, represents
the best of Abaco. Its quaint settlement, deep community pride,
and pleasant amenities all provide out cay living at its best.
The restoration of many loyalist homes has been undertaken by their
owners, the resorts continue to upgrade and the banning of traffic
through the settlement has also contributed to the good life on Elbow
Cay. The community support Wyannie Malone Museum showcases its
proud history. Properties range from colonial homes to those
recently built in that style. Many of the substantial homes, with
water views and, often, with deeded dockage, are selling in the high
hundred thousands. Waterfront property and homes are priced
accordingly and there are some affordable options in properties right
for redevelopment.
