Marsh Harbour
The
hub of Abaco, Marsh Harbour has the highest concentration of people and
services, including large grocery and hardware stores, the veterinarian
and several marinas. The ferry service to the outer cays is based
in Marsh Harbour and the roads north and south of
Abaco pass through
it. Sunrise Bay and Royal Harbour are two popular, in-town, gated
communities, both with waterfront and garden properties
available. Regattas of Abaco is a well known condominium property
with prices still below $360,000.. The annual boat parade, annual
arts festival and several fishing tournaments continue to attract
homeowners and visitors to Marsh Harbour. The largest hotel on
Abaco, many boutiques, restaurants and "watering holes", many
with views of the constantly  changing harbour activity, round out the
Marsh Harbour experience.
